Also notice how the seat tube is enlarged for a large surface area connection at the motor mount. On the left side of the battery is the battery lock and battery level indicator towards the bottom of the pack. Notice how the battery pack sits on the downtube and blends in with the overall look of the frame. The 36V 11.1ah (400 Wh) Bosch PowerPack 400 lithium battery is mounted on the downtube of the frame providing a low and centered weight distribution, which is good for overall bike handling. This is a structural element but it also looks pretty cool! In this picture you can see the seat tube junction where the top tube dips down and is reinforced with an additional tube at the seat tube connection. The IZIP E3 Peak+ frame has a steeply sloped top tube to fit a wide range of riders by providing a nice amount of stand over height. The frame also features some internal cable routing for a clean look and cable/wiring protection. The low-stack FSA headset creates a clean look. The headtube junction looks very sturdy with the attachment of large tube sections of the top tube and down tube welded to the large headtube. The bike being used in this testing and review is a 19″ frame. The IZIP E3 Peak+ comes in 2 different size options: Medium is a 17″ frame or the Large which is a 19″ frame.
