Smilebox subscription fee12/19/2023 “ Feature” means any module, tool, functionality, or feature of the Service. “ Documentation” means any user guide for the Service that Smilebox provides or makes available to Customer. “ Customer Content” means any Content inputted or uploaded to the Service, or transmitted through the Service, by or on behalf of Customer. “ Content” means any text, data, information, files, images, graphics, sounds, music, videos, code, audio clips, links, and/or other similar materials. “ Affiliate” means, with respect to either party, any person, organization or entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, such party, where “control” means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such person, organization or entity, whether through the ownership of voting securities or by contract or otherwise. PLEASE READ THAT SCHEDULE CAREFULLY, SINCE IT MAY REQUIRE YOU AND SMILEBOX TO ARBITRATE CERTAIN DISPUTES AND LIMIT THE MANNER IN WHICH BOTH PARTIES CAN SEEK RELIEF. Anastasia took the time to answer all my questions and there were many, I hope all your customer service reps are like her, she was so nice and patient with me that I kept e mailing her, learned a lot thanks to her, I wanted to have certain songs on my creation & she went above and beyond to help me, because of her I am going to renew my subscription and I hope the next time I have a problem I can contact her again, my history with the previous group before it was changed was not very favorable, I sent many emails explaining the problem I was having then and instead of an answer to my questions they kept sending me e mails asking me if I was satisfied with the answer, when they never answered it. I had smile box for years, something changed and I didn't know how to do it, I canceled my membership but then I sent an email & was lucky enough to get an answer from Anastasia, if it had not been for her I would have given up, I signed up for a month because I didn't know I was going to be able to figure it out, everything had changed. Very satisfied with the help I received from Anastasia, she is a great representative.
